On November 15th, the group's 2019 annual instrument measurement competition was held in Liyang Shangshang Cable Project Department, from Shezhu demolition and resettlement project department, Xincheng Country Garden Mingyu Bay project department, Times Tianyue Garden project department, Asia Pacific new plant project department, Nearly 30 contestants from Lhasa Xindao Project Department, Keppel Jijingmingdi Project Department, Jinfeng Festival Walk South District Project Department, Tanyuan Optoelectronics Project Department and Anhui Suzhou Biomedical Project Department participated in the same stage competition.
This competition is sponsored by the Group Trade Union Committee, co-organized by the company's project management department, enterprise management department and Shangshang Cable Project Department. At 8:30 in the morning, contestants, judges and staff from Suzhou, Anhui, Wuxi, Jiangsu, and Liyang, Jiangsu gathered in the hall on the first floor of the project department of Shangshang Cable. The chairman of the labor union, Yang Senlin, explained the competition system, schedule and competition to the contestants in detail. It is hoped that through this competition, the improvement of the company's measurement technology and measurement level will be promoted, and the measurement technology will drive the overall improvement of safety production, quality technology and other production technologies, so as to better meet the needs of the project manager's contract responsibility system and help all parties Realization of project contracting objectives.
Afterwards, the contestants came to the outdoor designated arena, and started a fierce competition of level, total station and GPS measurement and stakeout. Although it was already winter that day, the weather was fine and the sun was scorching. The contestants ignored the sun’s baking, and performed meticulously from receiving forms, setting up instruments, observing directions, reading data, storing instruments, and filling in forms. According to the requirements of the competition, the competition time for the level and GPS is 12 minutes, and the competition time for the total station is 8 minutes. When the referee pinches the watch on the spot, the contestants concentrate on every minute and second, and only the sound of footsteps and movements are heard on the scene. After the competition, after the judges scored objectively and fairly, and comprehensively calculated the accuracy of the results and the observation time, finally, the team from the project department won the top six in the competition, and the competition ended successfully.
