Liyang Waste Disposal Plant Details
The project is located in the area south of Xinjinfeng Cement Co., Ltd., Shezhu Town, Liyang City, with a total investment of 580 million yuan. Using the 4# 4500t/d rotary kiln production line of Jiangsu Jinfeng Cement Group Co., Ltd. and the 7#, 8#, 9# 4500t/d rotary kiln production lines of Liyang Xinjinfeng Cement Co., Ltd., a total of four cement production lines (three uses and one backup) are fired , Raw materials, and cement making system to jointly dispose of domestic waste, with a daily processing capacity of 900 tons and an annual processing capacity of 330,000 tons; use the 2# 4500t/d cement kiln production line of Jiangsu Jinfeng Cement Group Co., Ltd. to coordinate firing, raw materials, and cement making systems Disposal of construction waste projects with a daily processing capacity of 500 tons/day and an annual processing capacity of 150,000 tons; use the 3# 4500t/d cement kiln production line of Jiangsu Jinfeng Cement Group Co., Ltd. to co-process the food waste project with the firing, raw material and cement production system , with a daily processing capacity of 100 tons/day and an annual processing capacity of 30,000 tons; use waste heat to build an 18MW waste-to-energy project.
