The project is invested and constructed by Wuxi Leading Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. The planned construction area is 129,313 square meters, with four new factory buildings and one R&D office building, with a total construction area of 188,637 square meters. It will be constructed in two phases. At present, the first phase of the construction project - 1 and 2# workshops is ready to start. 1# factory building has 4 floors above ground (floor height 6500/6000/5500/5500), partial (interlayer) five floors, single floor area of 9717.96㎡, construction area of 40298.17㎡; 2# factory building has 3 floors above ground (floor height of 9500/7500/6500 ), partial (mezzanine) four floors, with a single floor area of 15447.㎡ and a construction area of 50208.61㎡; the building height is 23.65m. The total construction area of the first phase project is 90506.78㎡, and the total construction period is 335 days. The project is planned to start on December 11, 2018 and complete on November 10, 2019.
