Changshu Shanghu 06 plot project of Times Group is located on the east side of Yinglian Road, Shanghu Town, Changshu City, and on the north side of Liantang South Ring Road. The total land area of the project is 69198㎡. It is planned to build 9 residential buildings with 17+1F and 6 buildings with 19+1F Residential buildings and the 1F extended pure underground garage, 1 2F commercial building, 3 1F power distribution rooms and 1 community service building.
The above-ground construction area of the project is about 134,489 square meters, the basement area is about 46,500 square meters (including 11,000 square meters of civil air defense), and other supporting projects (sales offices, shops, power distribution rooms, property rooms, etc.) are about 6,500 square meters, with a total construction area of 187,489 ㎡. The main body of the house is a shear wall structure + prefabricated three-panel, and the others are frame structures.
