The total construction area of the project is 134,269.53㎡, of which the above-ground construction area is 103,372.74㎡, and the underground construction area is 30,896.79㎡; Blocks A and B are mainly underground garages, equipment rooms, and fire pools; A1～A11, B1～B11 residential buildings The basement floor is mainly for bicycle storage, and the ground floor is for residences; S1 and S2 are shops on the second and third floors above ground.
