The general contracting project of supporting facilities for the permanent site of the World Internet of Things Conference Details
Project Overview:
The project is located on the south side of the Taihu Lake International Expo Center, including two five-star hotels, the Intercontinental Hotel and the Indigo Hotel, with a total construction area of 93,507.39 square meters. It is the supporting hotel destination for the permanent site of the World Internet of Things Expo.
The development and construction project of plot XDG-2020-9 is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Zhenze Road and Qingshu Road in Wuxi Economic Development Zone. It is a supporting facility project for the permanent venue of the World Internet of Things Conference invested and constructed by Wuxi International Conference Center Co., Ltd. The total construction land area of the project is 100,300 square meters, and it will be constructed in two phases. The second phase of the project undertaken by the Group includes two hotel buildings, namely a boutique five-star hotel and a business five-star hotel, with a total construction area of about 8.39 Ten thousand square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 56,200 square meters, and the underground construction area is about 27,700 square meters.
