On August 31, with the topping of the main body of the 10# building of the last building, the main structure of all units of the group's Times•Chunyu Garden was fully capped, and the construction of the project entered the next stage smoothly.
Times•Chunyu Huating Project is located in Shanghu Town, Changshu City. It is the first construction general contracting project of our company in Suzhou area. The project includes 15 high-rise residential buildings and 24 supporting buildings. The total construction area 190,600 square meters, large volume.
"The project has a large scale, high quality requirements, and a tight schedule. Especially during the Spring Festival in 2021, workers returned home nearly two months early due to the impact of the epidemic, which put more pressure on the project to catch up with the schedule." Project Manager Wang Zhenqing said.
Facing the performance test brought about by the unconventional tight schedule, the project department withstood the pressure and faced up to the difficulties. Immediately after entering the site, began to refine the work tasks, actively communicated with Party A, quickly responded to various opinions put forward by Party A, formulated a detailed project management implementation plan, decomposed and implemented the planned objectives layer by layer, and grasped the progress as a whole For key lines, according to the owner's phased goals, contract duration requirements, and site construction conditions, the construction is organized scientifically and rationally, and the dynamic management of the schedule plan is implemented through daily on-site meetings, weekly production meetings, monthly progress quality summary analysis meetings, and special meetings.
Through strict construction organization and effective process control, Times•Chunyu Huating has achieved efficient interspersed construction, maximized the use of the working surface, and turned the original "step by step" into "running in a piece".
Times•Chunyu Garden officially started construction on September 6, 2020, arrived at the pre-sale node in the first opening area on November 3, and reached all high-level pre-sale nodes on May 16, 2021...Under the hard work of all participating personnel , Times·Chunyu Huating took 360 days to overcome the influence of unfavorable factors such as high temperature, rainy season, epidemic situation, frequent interruption of concrete supply (floating crane renovation at the Yangtze River port, raw materials could not enter the port), repeated changes in design drawings, etc., and successfully completed the project. The target tasks of each node construction period, and on August 31, 2021, all subjects will be fully capped!
Up to now, 90% of the sub-items of the secondary structure of the Chunyu Garden project have been completed, 30% of the primary decoration such as plastering has been completed, the construction output value has been completed 303 million, and 80% of the construction tasks have been completed. It is expected to be constructed within the contract by the end of this year All the tasks are completed, 70-80 days ahead of the contract period.
