In order to further strengthen the internal control management of the enterprise, consolidate the basic skills of construction management, and accelerate the improvement of the management level of grassroots party building, safety and civilization, and standardized management, the group organized all project managers and department heads to visit the company on May 15 and May 25, respectively. Typical projects such as Longhai Group Xialinxinyuan, Zhengfangyuan Group Liyang Olympic Sports Business Center, China Southern Airlines Phase II, Wuxi Jingwei Center, Keppel·Ji Jingming Mansion, C&D·Boyue Bay and other typical projects launched a two-day intensive observation and study Activity. On the morning of May 15th, the Zhengfangyuan project manager observation group first came to the Xialinxinyuan project of the brother unit Longhai Group. Xialinxinyuan is a resettlement housing community project with a construction area of about 110,000 square meters and a construction cost of 360 million yuan. The grassroots party building work of this project is very impressive. It organized and established the first mobile party branch on a construction site in Liyang City, and established a unique "Party Party Branch" Branch + exclusive grid" management mode, and explore the use of service-oriented party branches to stimulate the vitality of party building work. Everyone visited the party building activity room, staff home, infirmary and other facilities of the Xialinxinyuan project, and went deep into the construction site to observe the quality, safety, and standardized management of the site.
Afterwards, everyone came to several typical projects within the group - the construction project of Liyang Olympic Sports Business Center, the development and construction project of Huanglun Village (Phase II of China Southern Airlines) on the east side of Yuhu City, Liyang The first phase of the Wan project, the fourth phase of the Keppel Jijingming Mansion project, and the second phase of the renovation and expansion project of the psychiatric ward building of Wuxi Jingwei Center launched observation exchanges.
Everywhere the observers went, they carefully observed the various measures for safe and civilized construction on the construction site, listened carefully, read in detail, and took out their mobile phones to take pictures from time to time, for fear of missing any details.

On May 25, after the on-site observation of the last stop - Wuxi Jingwei Center project, a warm construction management experience exchange meeting was held in the on-site conference room. Participants had heart-to-heart and unreserved exchanges on project quality control, progress management, safety management, and real-name system management.
General Manager Ji Wannian emphasized at the meeting: We must further implement the project manager contracting responsibility system, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the project manager in cost management; further strengthen the company's safety production management, and take June's safety production month as an opportunity to do a good job. Safety education, tighten the safety strings; further strengthen internal interaction and communication, make up for shortcomings, broaden horizons, and learn from experience, so as to promote the company's project management level to a new level.
