At present, the coverage rate of the group's smart construction sites has reached more than 90%. The Times·Tianyue Garden project has passed the acceptance of the provincial expert group's smart construction sites, and the Donglei Garden and Keppel projects have been rated as "smart construction sites" demonstration projects in Wuxi.

  Wuxi Dongleiyuan resettlement housing project is located in Dongbeitang Street, Wuxi City, with a total construction area of ​​about 107,000 square meters, including seven residential buildings, three commercial buildings, garage basements, substations and other supporting facilities. After more than a year of practice, BIM technology has played a significant role in deepening project quality, safety, civilized construction, and improving project efficiency. BIM three-dimensional visualization technology greatly reduces possible errors and rework in the construction phase, and improves the ability to communicate with the owner.
