"Smart materials" solve the acceptance problem
The material acceptance link has always been a pain point and difficulty in the process of project cost management. In order to strengthen the control of materials and eliminate the "book loss" of materials caused by human factors, the Donglei Garden Project Department, with the support of the company's Science and Technology Management Department, conducted multi-party research and finally decided to introduce Glodon's intelligent material acceptance system, using intelligent informatization The system cooperates with a large number of installed electronic sky eyes and infrared detectors to solve the problems in material acceptance management.

How does the material acceptance system work?
Under the management mode of the intelligent material acceptance system, transport vehicles must pass through the weighing area before entering the site, and the weighbridge in the weighing area will accurately weigh the vehicles under the "monitoring" of a large number of cameras and infrared detectors installed around , take multiple photos at the same time and save them as files. The corresponding data will be uploaded to the material acceptance system at the first time.

Three major changes brought about by "smart materials"
The intelligent material acceptance system is seamlessly integrated with the weighbridge. Once the data is generated, no one can modify it. The monitoring and capture of multiple cameras also realizes the traceability and traceability of the weighing process.
"In the past, handwritten scales were used for weighing, which could not be verified and traced afterwards. The intelligent material acceptance system realizes the informatization and traceability of the scales, effectively avoiding various cheating behaviors. And once the data is generated, it can be called from various dimensions , which greatly facilitates the collation of ledgers and data analysis.”
The intelligent material acceptance system adopts the "two ends and one cloud" system, which can not only be managed on the computer side, but also can be viewed in real time on the mobile APP, breaking through the time and space constraints of on-site material management, and making "supervision" easy .
