The Times·Tianyue Garden project in the 37# block of Yanshan New District, Liyang City is located on the north side of Yancheng Avenue, opposite to Liyang High-speed Railway Station, and includes 10 high-rise residential buildings and 1 super high-rise commercial building. The 3-12# residential building and basement in the residential area that passed the completion inspection this time have a total construction area of 155,515 square meters and a total of 743 residential users.
At the completion acceptance meeting held on the same day, the construction unit - Changzhou Times Dadi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the supervision unit - Hangzhou Urban Construction Supervision Co., Ltd., the design unit - Dadi Architects (International), and the survey unit - Nanjing Nanda Geotechnical Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and the construction unit——Jiangsu Zhengfangyuan Construction Group Co., Ltd., the responsible persons of the five parties, after carefully listening to the technical report, reviewing the information on the inner page, and checking the actual situation of the project on the spot. The construction status of the Tianyue Garden project was affirmed, and it was unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance. The staff of the Municipal Construction Engineering Quality Supervision Station supervised the whole process of acceptance.
As a key residential community project in the Yanshan New District of Liyang City, the Times·Tianyue Garden project has a tight schedule, a large volume, many interdisciplinary disciplines, and high difficulty in general contract management. It stood out from the comprehensive inspection of the market, and won honors such as three-star civilized construction site, Changzhou green demonstration construction site, provincial green demonstration construction site, and high-quality structure. The construction of its smart construction site has also achieved remarkable results, becoming the first project in the group to pass the acceptance of the smart construction site of the provincial and municipal authorities, which has proved the way for the construction of smart construction sites for other projects under construction.
