Recently, the 2020 annual project construction quality management group competition held by the China Construction Association was successfully held in Beijing. A QC achievement declared by Zhengfangyuan "Increasing the acceptance rate of double T-board roof waterproofing" won the first prize, and the QC field welcomes new ones breakthrough.
It is understood that the 2020 engineering construction quality management team competition received a total of 1057 QC results nationwide, of which 8 special prizes, 160 first prizes, 403 second prizes and 239 Third prize.
"Improving the Acceptance Rate of Double-T Board Roof Waterproofing" is the seventh QC team of Zhengfangyuan (members: Jiang Fangwen, Yu Risheng, Lu Ying, Wan Kai, Xu Jun, Bian Sicong, Song Yang, Dong Xize) with an annual output of 65,000 tons of new During the construction process of the energy vehicle aluminum new plant project, in view of the characteristics of the project's roof structure as a prestressed concrete double T-slab roof, a set of methods to "improve the pass rate of waterproof acceptance" was obtained through investigation and research.
The new energy vehicle aluminum plant with an annual output of 65,000 tons (hereinafter referred to as Asia-Pacific) project is located in Xinwu District, Wuxi, with a building area of 84490.59 m² and a total construction area of 104938.93 m². It is divided into 11 areas, of which the double T panels in areas A, B and C are 30 meters long and 3 meters wide, the double T panels in area D are 26 meters long and 3 meters wide, and the double T panels in areas F, E, and G are 18 meters long and 3 meters wide. Meter wide, the roof has the characteristics of poor rigidity of the large double T-plate structural system, many seams, complex waterproof structure nodes, and difficult waterproof quality control.
In order to ensure the quality of the project and improve the acceptance rate of roof waterproofing, the seventh QC team of Zhengfangyuan selected this topic as a special research topic. After detailed investigation and analysis, it was considered that the "poor construction quality of the waterproof layer" is the reason that affects the double T board. The main problem of roof waterproofing acceptance, and "unreliable overlapping of coils at joints" and "cracking of filling joints between panels" are the key crux that needs to be solved urgently. After investigating the 13 terminal causes that could easily lead to "unreliable overlapping of coils at seams" and "cracking of joints between panels" such as "the passing rate of disclosure control is not up to standard", the QC team found the The three main reasons for the acceptance rate of roof waterproofing, and formulate corresponding countermeasures and organize the implementation. After the construction was completed, members of the QC team conducted a sampling survey on the qualification rate of double T-board waterproof construction of the Asia-Pacific project. The results showed that the QC activities successfully increased the acceptance rate of the large-scale T-board roof waterproofing of the plant from the original 86% to 94.6%. And it has played a significant role in civilized construction, energy saving and environmental protection, and improving project quality.
