On July 21, Zhengfangyuan Group held a work conference for the first half of 2020, listened to reports on key regional market work, summarized the completion of major economic and technical indicators and the development of major business management work in the first half of the year, and deeply analyzed the current situation and existing problems, and Arrangements have been made for the focus of work in the second half of the year. The meeting took the form of on-site meetings combined with video conferences. The main venue was set up in the conference room on the 18th floor of the group company. There were also three sub-venues in Liyang Times, Anhui Guzhen, and Anhui Suzhou. Department managers and deputy managers, heads of regional companies, heads of project departments and representatives attended the meeting.
Ji Wannian, general manager of the group, made a semi-annual report on operation and management. In the first half of the year, in the face of the sudden new crown pneumonia epidemic, under the leadership of Chairman Lu, all employees of the group strengthened their confidence, faced difficulties, seized opportunities, fought against the epidemic with one hand, and resumed work and production with the other. Still achieved gratifying results, the value of newly signed contracts increased by 234% year-on-year, the project cost was reduced by 8.73%, the profit increased by 142% year-on-year, the major casualty accidents in production safety were zero, and the safety accident rate was controlled at 1.3‰. In the second half of 2020, Zhengfangyuan will focus on the following work: 1. Pay close attention to market development and achieve greater breakthroughs in marketing. 2. Strengthen construction period management and improve performance ability. 3. Strengthen cost management and improve operating efficiency. The meeting also listened to reports on the operation of regional companies in Changzhou, Liyang, Nanjing, and Hangzhou.
