The XDG-2019-60 plot construction project (17# etc.) is located on the northeast side of the intersection of Taishan Road and Xinming Road in Xinwu District, Wuxi City. The east side is the Taishan Road Experimental Primary School, and the west side is the Sino-Austrian plot (not yet completed) Development), Xinming New Village on the south side, Xingtai Road on the north side, the construction unit is Wuxi Jianxin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., planned start date: July 13, 2020, planned completion date: December 31, 2022, construction period 902 calendar days, the contract amount is 476.708189 million yuan.
According to the announcement information of Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, the project can be constructed with a land area of about 89,156.1 square meters and a total construction area of about 254,000 square meters. The main planning and design content is 4 high-rise buildings with 27 floors and 20 buildings with 8-10 floors small high-rise bungalows. The Group undertook the construction of the first phase and the first tender section of the project, including two 27-story high-rise buildings, eight 8-10-story small high-rise houses, community supporting buildings (such as property, power distribution rooms, etc.), neighborhood centers (commercial use) housing, including 2,000 square meters of supermarkets), etc., with a total construction area of 116,567 square meters, of which: two 27-story high-rise buildings have an above-ground construction area of 43,762 square meters, and eight 8-10-story small high-rise houses have an above-ground construction area of 37,340 square meters. The above-ground construction area of the premises is 1,016 square meters, and the underground construction area is 29,423 square meters; the above-ground construction area of the neighborhood center is 3,526 square meters, and the underground construction area is 1,500 square meters.
