408.6 million! The group won the bid for the scientific research building project of Liyang Zhongguancun Science and Technology Industrial Park

After several days of continuous efforts, the company's business front has ushered in a gratifying breakthrough. The group won the bid for the first phase of the new project of the Science and Technology Innovation Base in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Industrial Park, Jiangsu, with a construction area of 71672.36 square meters and a contract value of 408.6 million yuan.
The project is located on the south side of Pingling West Road, Liyang City, Jiangsu Province, and on the east side of Zhongguancun Avenue. The planning scope extends to Yongping Avenue (104 National Highway) in the south, Zhongguancun Avenue in the west, and Pingling West Road in the north. The total planned land area is 75.48 hectare. The construction land is divided into four plots: AT010146-01, AT010146-02, AT010146-03, AT010146-04, with a total area of about 11.33 hectares, and will be constructed in stages.
The Group is contracting this project for the first phase of the project, which is to build a scientific research center and a conference center on the two plots of AT010146-01 and AT010146-02 respectively. 56869㎡, the underground construction area is 16388㎡.
The main building of the project - the scientific research center has 3 floors above the ground and 1 floor underground, with a height of 17 meters, a land area of 58712㎡, and a total construction area of 69633.18㎡, of which, the above-ground construction area is 53233.81㎡, and the underground construction area is 16399.37㎡. Become the Yangtze River Delta Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institute of Physics, the Sino-British Electric Vehicle Joint Innovation Center and supporting services. Another building, the conference center, is on the ground floor, with a height of 7.4 meters. The structure type is a frame structure, and some large spans above the entrance are made of steel concrete frames. The land area is 11,783 square meters, and the total construction area is 3635.55 square meters. These two buildings are located on the west side of the central city of Liyang, at the foot of Xianren Mountain, facing the Ten Li Changshan Mountain. They are rich in natural resources and waterscape resources. After completion, they will be used by the Yangtze River Delta Research Center of the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Sino-British Electric Vehicle Joint Venture. The Innovation Center provides a natural, healthy and convenient environment.
