The company won the bid for the fourth phase of the Keppel Jijingming Mansion in Xinwu District, Wuxi, adding new impetus to its business layout.
It is reported that "Keppel Jijingming Residence" is a residential project developed by Keppel Ruifeng (Wuxi) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. The part of the winning bid this time has a total land area of 22,178.1 square meters and a total construction area (including insulation) of 101,284 square meters. Including three 33-story high-rise residential buildings and three 6-story bungalows, the address is located in the east of Airport Road, south of Jiangxi Road, west of Xitu Road, and north of Jianghua Road, Xinwu District, Wuxi City. The relative construction period is 25 months. Completion date is September 30, 2021.
The successful bid of "Keppel·Jijingming Mansion" has effectively expanded the territory of Zhengfangyuan people in Wuxi, and also added new impetus to the development of the company. Zhengfangyuan must live up to its entrustment, and strive to make this project a boutique of Keppel and a business card of Zhengfangyuan. At present, the company has formed a capable team with Shang Qingchun as the project manager and Zhao Wenzheng as the technical director to actively organize construction matters. It is noteworthy that the Keppel project will adopt aluminum alloy formwork construction technology, which is the first time the company has applied this technology in a residential project. We believe that this will promote green construction, enhance project quality, speed up construction progress and improve construction efficiency for the company and other aspects provide useful exploration.
