On July 18, 2019, Zhengfangyuan Group held a working meeting for the first half of the year. The meeting takes the form of video conference. The main venue is set up in the conference room on the 18th floor of the group company, and there are two branch venues, Liyang Times and Anhui Guzhen. Chairman Lv, the management team of the group company, managers and deputy managers of various departments, heads and representatives of various regional companies and project departments attended the meeting.

Keep the core team of project managers relatively fixed, guarantee the rights of employment, salary and decision-making of project managers, and timely fulfill the rights and interests of contracting responsibilities. Third, strengthen internal management and improve work efficiency. The company must realize the management of professional lines, the supervision of professional lines, and the guidance of professional lines. All departments must clarify the rights and responsibilities, and achieve the determination of posts, positions, and responsibilities.
