　　On June 21, a special safety education activity was held in Jinfeng Festival Walk (South District) project department, which was the special emergency drill of "object strike accident". 　　At the beginning of the drill, Hu Jiahua, the safety director, made a detailed training disclosure on the purpose, process and details of the emergency drill, clarified the division of labor and responsibilities of the drillers, the drill process and precautions, and organized a desktop preview. Then, under the command of the emergency drill leadership team, the communication team, medical rescue team, security and alert team, and action rescue team cooperated with each other to simulate the "object strike accident" emergency drill on the spot. Finally, project manager Wu Jian made a concluding speech. He pointed out that the drill was well-prepared, well-organized, clear-cut, and well-executed as a whole, effectively completing the emergency rescue work, basically achieving the purpose of the drill, and testing the practicality of the emergency rescue management of the project with actions. However, this drill also exposed shortcomings. The project department should take it as a warning, continue to improve various emergency plans, strengthen the accident reporting process and on-site emergency rescue training, establish a standard report template, and gradually improve the emergency response mechanism for production safety accidents. In the daily management of the project department, the awareness of "risk prevention, hidden danger elimination, and accident containment" should be established, and the investigation of hidden dangers should be strengthened to effectively eliminate potential safety hazards and effectively implement dual responsibilities for one post.
