This activity takes the industry's pain point - housing leakage as the starting point, takes the project under construction as the "natural examination room", organizes the participants to go deep into the construction site to find problems, submit prevention and control measures, the chief engineer presents questions and lectures on the spot, and the quality supervisor By means of personal experience and other methods, on-site discussion on anti-seepage technology, exchange of anti-seepage experience, telling anti-seepage stories, and presented a vivid "Quality Month" on-site open class for the group's project managers and construction foremen.
This event was jointly organized by the Group Engineering Project Management Department, Science and Technology Management Department, Enterprise Management Department and the Group Labor Union. Wang Mingsheng, deputy general manager of the group, Zhang Junyang, chief engineer, and Lu Shicheng, assistant general manager, attended the event.
At 9 o'clock in the morning of the same day, under the fierce autumn sun, the project managers and construction foremen of the group gathered at the competition site of the C&D·Boyuewan project. This is a rare reunion, and it is also a contest with real guns and live ammunition. With Wang Mingsheng's voice, "I announce that the 2021 'Quality Month' anti-leakage special competition of Zhengfangyuan Group has officially started!" Everyone rushed into the construction site and started the journey of searching for hidden dangers of leakage.
They either squatted in the corner to carefully check the construction of the waterproof layer, or leaned on the window to pay close attention to the disposal of key parts of the outer wall, or gathered to argue whether the on-site disposal was appropriate to the specifications. The newly completed C&D·Boyuewan project seemed to be dragged into the CT room and received many X-ray scans with keen eyes. After the on-site inspection, everyone submitted a list of problems and disposal opinions, and had a heated exchange on the anti-leakage of the house.
Subsequently, a special examination was held in the meeting room of the project department. Zhang Junyang, chief engineer of the group, pooled years of professional knowledge in the field of anti-leakage, carefully issued five test questions, and asked the participating team members to point out the hidden dangers of leakage in the pictures of the test questions, and put forward prevention and control measures. After the exam, the chief engineer held a special lecture and explained the five exam questions one by one. Compared with the standard answers, some cheered, some suddenly realized, and some were unwilling to fail and argued hard.
Then, the last link of the competition - the special lecture on the prevention and treatment of common quality problems officially started. Sun Zhongxing, quality director of the engineering project management department of the group, shared his story of fighting against leakage in the after-sales service process for many years. The horrible leaking picture and the difficult maintenance process deeply affected everyone present. Everyone said that they must do the work at the front end in the future, improve the level of anti-seepage management, further reduce the leakage rate, and satisfy the owner. It also reassures the company.
Finally, the review team selected the winning team based on the results of the on-site test and the written test. Wang Mingsheng, the deputy general manager of the group, presented awards to the winning team and commented on the activities. Wang Mingsheng pointed out that this activity is not only a field drill, but also a good on-site education, which will play a positive role in enhancing the company's quality management awareness and improving the leakage prevention level of all employees. In the future, we will carry out more internal observation and exchange activities, through the experience sharing of all employees, learn from each other's strengths, complement each other's advantages, and make progress together, so as to further improve the company's engineering management level.
The event came to an end in a warm and warm atmosphere, but the study on anti-leakage did not end. The project departments used the evening break to launch wave after wave of exam + training activities.
