Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the drawings, participate in the joint review of the technical disclosure of the production drawings, the discussion of the production technical solutions related to steel bars and other technical links.
2. Be responsible for the technical guidance of the steel bar project during the construction process, and supervise the implementation of technical quality measures and technical saving measures.
3. Actively contact the project department, technology, production, quality and other relevant departments, and cooperate with the project department to do a good job in the modification of steel bars and the visa work.
Timely and accurate completion of rebar sample work.
4. Responsible for checking the external reinforcement samples.
5. Responsible for reviewing the completion list of the internal reinforcement construction team.
Job Requirements:
1. Have a strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and conscientiously, bear hardships and stand hard work.
2. College degree or above, major in engineering and civil construction, civil engineering cost related majors (if you do have rich practical work experience, education is not required), 3. More than three years of work experience in steel bar budgeting or on-site cutting work in construction units or cost offices (If you have work experience on the construction site at the same time, 4. The working period for steel bar re-sampling can be relaxed), and you have followed up more than one large-scale housing construction or commercial project.
5. Familiar with the atlas of steel bar flat method and the acceptance specification of steel bar construction.
6. Proficiency in the use of rebar proofing software (Glordon, Luban), skilled use of CAD, EXCEL and other related software.
7. Able to independently complete the calculation of rebar sample
