Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the bidding documents, contract terms, and contract disclosure documents.
2. Responsible for the preparation of monthly external reports and internal cost reports of engineering projects.
3. Familiar with the drawings, participate in the joint review of the technical disclosure of the production drawings, the discussion of the production technology plan related to the cost and other technical links.
4. According to the project cost compiled by the company, the stage cost of the project department is prepared according to the construction nodes.
5. Actively contact with the company's budget clerk, construction site, technology, production, quality and other relevant departments to do a good job in changes in cost and construction period, visas, and claims. And collect and organize relevant data.
6. Timely check the external settlement prepared by the company's budget clerk.
7. Calculate or review the engineering quantity of the construction team, and issue a completion order.
8. Prepare the settlement cost of the project department.
Job Requirements:
1. Have a strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and conscientiously, bear hardships and stand hard work, and be able to adapt to the working conditions of the construction site.
2. College degree or above, major in engineering and civil construction, civil engineering cost related majors, more than one year of cost work experience in construction units or cost firms.
3. Familiar with the bill of quantities pricing specification and project budget quota.
4. Skilled use of cost software (calculation software, Glodon calculation software), skilled use of CAD, EXCEL and other related software.
5. Familiar with engineering claims and visa procedures.
6. Able to independently complete the monthly external report and internal cost report of the project.
