Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the cost analysis of the bidding project, and responsible for the bidding and quotation work.
2. Familiar with bidding documents, contracts, list pricing specifications, budget quotas, related supporting documents, relevant laws and regulations, and participate in owner contract review, contract revision, and contract negotiation
3. Prepare contract disclosure documents.
4. Familiar with the drawings, participate in the joint review of the technical disclosure of the production drawings, the discussion of the production technical solutions related to the cost and other technical links.
5. After winning the bid, be responsible for compiling the project cost, and review the stage cost of the project department according to the construction node.
6. Actively contact the project department, technology, production, quality and other relevant departments, and cooperate with the project department to do a good job in cost, construction period changes, visas, and claims. Supervise the project department to collect and organize relevant information
7. Timely and accurately complete the preparation of project settlement, responsible for settlement and reconciliation.
8. Responsible for the review of the completion order of the internal construction team.
9. Review the settlement cost of the project department.
Job Requirements:
Have a strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and conscientiously, bear hardships and stand hard work.
College degree or above, engineering and civil construction, civil engineering cost-related majors (if you have rich practical work experience, the degree requirements can be relaxed), more than five years of work experience in construction units or cost firms (if you also have construction site work experience Yes, the working period for the cost can be relaxed), and have followed up more than one large-scale housing construction or commercial project.
Familiar with the bill of quantities pricing specification and project budget quota.
Skilled use of cost software (calculation software, Glodon calculation software), skilled use of CAD, EXCEL and other related software.
Familiar with engineering claims and visa procedures.
Able to independently complete project settlement and bidding
