Job Responsibilities:
1. Compile the construction plan and make detailed technical disclosure for each type of work;
2. Assist the project manager to prepare monthly plan, weekly plan and overall progress plan, and assist the project manager to solve emergencies at the construction site;
3. Collect and sort out engineering technical data, and report to the general contractor and supervisor for inspection in time;
4. To inspect the construction site from time to time, report the problems existing on the site to the project manager in time, urge the relevant team leaders to rectify the problems on the site, and track the implementation of the problems;
5. Report the situation on the construction site to the project manager in a timely manner, and put forward constructive suggestions;
6. Other matters assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering, industrial and civil construction or related majors, more than 10 years of experience in project site construction technology management, at least 5 years of independent responsibility for project construction technology supervisors, rich experience in site construction technology management, hold Professional and technical titles above intermediate level in the industry and construction engineer certificates.
2. Familiar with national, local, and industry-related laws and regulations on engineering construction management and project construction technical standards, norms, procedures, acceptance evaluation standards, cost management, and legal and regulatory texts that should be followed;
3. Proficient in drawing design intent, able to organize project technicians to conduct joint review of drawings, and able to find and correct problems in drawings that are not conducive to construction and increase costs;
4. Have the ability to skillfully use ISO9001:2015 system standards, QC and common disease prevention and control measures, quality mandatory provisions, quality inspection and evaluation standards, and organize and implement supervision and guidance on project technology, safety, quality, and cost management;
5. Have strong organizational, planning, execution, control and coordination communication skills, professional theoretical knowledge, strong independent work and hands-on ability, proficient use of computers, and the ability to implement information management;
6. Mature and outgoing, practical and meticulous in work, loyal and trustworthy, good at communication, aggressive, full of team spirit, innovative and pioneering spirit, able to adapt to work pressure.
