Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preparation of the project construction quality plan and the implementation of various management regulations of the quality plan, and responsible for the preparation, collection and arrangement of project quality data.
2. Responsible for the acceptance inspection of the quality of raw materials, finished products, semi-finished products, components and mechanical equipment, and supervise the inspection and testing of incoming materials.
3. Responsible for inspection, acceptance, supervision and control of the quality of the project, inspection and acceptance of hidden projects and records, project positioning and laying out for acceptance verification and records.
4. Responsible for the quality education and training of all employees of the company, improve quality awareness, do a good job in quality management, and carefully inspect the engineering process, inspection batch, and sub-project quality in accordance with the "Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standards".
5. Conscientiously organize daily quality inspections, and ensure that self-inspections have records, special inspections have comments, strict reward and punishment systems, and implement quality veto rights.
6. Correctly handle the relationship between quality and progress, do a good job in quality pre-control, and avoid post-control and rework.
7. Grasp the verification and random inspection of raw materials and semi-finished products in a timely manner. Unqualified raw material and semi-finished products are not allowed to enter the construction site, and they will be stopped immediately once they are found.
8. Self-inspection and complete records are required for each process, and the technical person in charge shall be notified in time if the hidden inspection conditions are met, and shall be inspected and accepted together with the professional foreman.
9. Other tasks assigned by the project manager and technical person in charge.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in civil engineering, construction and structure, more than five years of working experience in the same position, mainly responsible for construction quality inspection.
2. Familiar with relevant national and local construction project quality management regulations and procedures, specifications and quality inspection and evaluation standards.
3. Can adapt to the working environment of the construction site, bear hardships and stand hard work, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, work carefully and conscientiously, have a good teamwork spirit, and have certain coordination, organizational communication skills and language expression skills.
5. Proficiency in using CAD drawing, WORD, EXCEL, PPT and other Office software.
Those who have obtained the post certificate of full-time quality inspector are preferred.
