Job Responsibilities:
1. Under the direct leadership of the project production manager, be responsible for the direct management of the progress, quality, safe and civilized construction of the construction section under its jurisdiction, and directly guide the construction management of the area it undertakes.
2. Compile and organize construction technology disclosure and safety disclosure of sub-projects.
3. Responsible for the arrangement and implementation of the construction plan, and prepare the monthly or ten-day construction plan schedule according to the total construction period and the total construction schedule.
4. Organize and arrange corresponding construction teams to construct according to the plan to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.
5. Do a good job in the daily work arrangement of each construction team according to the construction plan.
6. Make a dynamic list of people, materials, and objects in advance, reasonably secure various resources, and reasonably organize the implementation of construction.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in civil engineering, engineering management or related.
2. More than 3 years of construction quality management experience in construction projects, rich on-site management experience and organizational skills, and experience in construction project management of more than 20,000 square meters.
Those who have obtained the construction worker post certificate are preferred.
