Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare construction progress plan, special plans for machinery, materials and labor force, and dynamic analysis and records.
2. Prepare experiment plan and inspection batch plan.
3. Construction work written, model, visual disclosure, safety and technical disclosure.
4. Reasonably organize the construction according to the plan, control the construction cost and material consumption.
5. Acceptance of pre-shift operating conditions, pre-shift education for workers, process safety management, quality control, and process acceptance.
6. Civilized construction management, clean materials and clear feet in each shift, and have measures for dust raising work to control noise.
7. Handover of construction data management records: construction log, concealed inspection records, pouring application, pre-inspection records, handover records, process notices, such as acceptance, concrete pouring.
8. Implementation of finished product protection measures.
9. Safety work and production work should be carried out at the same time. Safety first, then construction, implement safety measures, workers wear labor protection equipment correctly, fire inspection, acceptance, approval, and review work.
10. Collection of witness evidence, images and signature data during the construction process.
11. Organize construction according to plans, drawings, specifications, negotiations, and material inspections.
12. Participate in the discussion and preparation of plans and safety technical measures, put forward reasonable construction suggestions, process acceptance, process acceptance, and completion acceptance.
13. The side station of the construction process, such as concrete pouring, slab construction, steel bar binding, backfilling, waterproofing, heat preservation, masonry, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, engineering and civil construction and other related majors.
2. Have similar construction management experience, frame structure, engaged in construction management for more than 3 years.
3. A strong sense of responsibility, a sense of responsibility, a strong ability to coordinate work, and experience in construction team management.
4. Able to use drawing software, schedule planning PORJCK software.
5. Be able to independently prepare implementable and targeted construction schedule plans.
6. Able to use level, theodolite, total station measuring instruments, understand experiments and related operations.
7. Master and be able to skillfully apply construction engineering quality standards and safety standards.
