Job Responsibilities:
1. Carry out work under the leadership of the project manager, and be the organizer and commander of the overall production management work on the construction site.
2. Lead the preparation of construction production plans (quarterly, monthly, weekly), supervise and inspect the implementation of the plan, and take direct leadership responsibility for the construction period.
3. Lead the implementation of project quality, environment, health and safety goals and plans. Supervise and inspect implementation. Lead and implement the quality control of the construction process, be responsible for the processing of project quality defects (hidden dangers), participate in the investigation of project quality accidents, and put forward handling opinions, and take direct leadership responsibility for construction quality. Responsible for participating in the planning and leading the specific implementation of the project quality plan, construction organization design, construction plan, engineering excellence plan, project CI plan, etc., responsible for participating in the preparation of the project manager's monthly report.
4. Adhere to the implementation of project quality inspection and evaluation standards, quality management standards and quality responsibility system, establish and improve the quality assurance system, grasp the quality of the project, strengthen project quality inspection, and effectively control project quality. Major quality problems that occur must be resolved in a timely manner, and important measures must be taken at key locations.
5. Responsible for supervising the verification of materials entering the site, strictly controlling the use of materials, equipment and facilities that do not meet the requirements of the standards, and ensuring the realization of quality goals. Organize and implement measures to create high-quality projects, do a good job in stage control, and solve problems in a timely manner. Organize the quality management of subcontracted projects, strictly require and solve problems in time.
6. Regularly organize and host project production meetings every week, coordinate the relationship between various functional departments of the project or professional engineers and subcontractors, solve and deal with major problems in construction and production in a timely manner, and scientifically organize manpower, materials, mechanical equipment, and transportation tools The supply and implementation of construction organization design, process procedure documents. Organize the inspection and evaluation of the safety, site capacity, fire protection, and civilized construction of each subcontracting unit every week, and do a good job in the management of the construction site. Propose rectification opinions and methods for unsafe factors existing in construction.
7. Organize and do a good job in the completion of the finishing project and the maintenance work of the completed project. Guarantee the completion quality of the project, do a good job in the completion and elimination of the project, project handover and maintenance and maintenance after handover, to achieve the completion handover indicators, and be responsible for organizing the construction summary work after completion.
8. Organize and implement the safety production responsibility system for personnel at all levels of the project. Organize and lead the safety production education of engineering projects, and be responsible for the organization and leadership of personnel safety education, training and assessment and review.
9. Make work arrangements for responsible engineers, and supervise and inspect their implementation. Timely carry out the entry work of the information platform. Complete other work temporarily assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in civil engineering and engineering management is preferred.
2. Work experience: experience as a project production manager in 2 or more projects, and experience in participating in projects of more than 50 million yuan.
3. Basic qualities and skills:
(1) Serious and responsible work, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication and coordination skills;
(2) Master the laws and regulations related to construction management in the country;
(3) Familiar with relevant professional knowledge and construction specifications of project construction.
Priority will be given to those who have obtained relevant post certificates.
