Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for organizing and implementing the overall construction of the project.
2. Responsible for the control of project construction cost and progress to ensure the construction quality of the project.
3. Organize the preparation of construction schemes, construction plans, and arrange the allocation of construction personnel.
4. Control the project situation, contract content, progress, quality, cost, etc.
5. Coordinate and actively cooperate with owners, general contractors, and local government departments.
Job Requirements:
1. Male, under 45 years old, high school or above;
2. More than 5 years of on-site construction management experience in this industry, enterprise or related industries, more than 3 years of independent work experience in medium-sized projects, and certain on-site construction management experience. Familiar with project construction procedures and process management, able to compile medium-scale single project construction organization design, special plan, construction plan, and various process management documents, with the ability to control project quality, safety, progress, and cost; in joint review of construction drawings In the process, it can find and correct the problems in the drawings that are generally unfavorable to the construction, and can coordinate and solve the problems existing in the construction;
3. Those who have been trained in project management, construction management, quality management, safety production, civilized construction management and other related professional knowledge are preferred.
